What a Night!
The 2025 SDAA Fall BBQ and Open House at TDS Saturday, October 25, 2025, was a huge success! Please enjoy the video and comments provided by our own Paul Krizak:
“The public pads were packed with telescopes of every kind, and we had a hundred or more members of the public out roaming around learning about the night sky. Big thanks to Dave W. for fighting through jet lag to get the grill going; to Ed Rumsey for coordinating our VIPs from SDSU, Jim Traweek for managing the setup of the D&G refractor and the 24″ Dobson, and all the other SDAA members who stepped up to lend a hand to make the event a success. Here is a short video around sunset showing just how full the public pads were.“
